Change Your Account Password

Enter the username for your Pair Networks hosting account. If you are resetting the password for a Reseller Control Center (RCC) account, enter your numeric Reseller ID or Billing Account Number instead.

A message will be sent to the primary email address listed on your account that will contain a secure Web link for selecting a new password.

Locked Accounts

If you need to submit payment for an account that is currently locked, please use our Secure Payment Form to submit credit card info and request account payment. Account reinstatement is subject to Pair policies.

All payments for active accounts should be made in the Account Control Center. We cannot accept credit card payments over the phone.

Help with Your Username

Resetting a Reseller Control Center (RCC) password? Your username is your numeric Reseller ID or Billing Account Number, not the login name you use in RCC.

If you have forgotten your username or billing account number, please contact the Pair Networks Support Team for assistance.
